The Office of Procurement and Contracts (OPC) and the SMART Team are pleased to announce the launch of a new punchout link to the NASPO eMarketPlace, an electronic marketplace for supplier web catalog ordering which will be available for eProcurement Requisitions starting Monday, April 27^th. ((Cont....))

THIS PROCESS WILL NOT CLOSE THE PO.  It prepares the PO for closure when the month end PORECON process runs.

A new workbench in SMART is now available for use by all agencies called the Purchase Order (PO) Close Short Workbench. This new workbench simplifies preparing POs to be closed when the entire dollar amount is not used by creating the Change Order and automatically reducing the dollar amount or quantity down to the vouchered amounts on selected lines. Due to a supplier acquisition, Contract ID 43340A with CBT of Kansas (dba Century Business Technologies LLC) (SMART Supplier ID 0000742576) replaces Contract ID 43340 with Century Business Technologies (Supplier ID 0000055634). The Supplier ID and Contract ID were changed effective September 29, 2025. The issue with duplicate punchout orders being sent out from SMART that occurred on Friday August 1, 2025, has been resolved ((contd...))

Two agencies have reported that as of Friday, August 1, 2025 they are receiving email order confirmations from two punchout suppliers, Staples and Grainger, duplicating older Purchase Orders. One agency received a duplicate shipment.

Normal hourly Purchase Order (PO) dispatch processing has resumed.   Thank you, The SMART Team
