The Governor and Secretary of Administration have requested that all transactions related to the COVID-19 outbreak be tracked in SMART for ease of reporting.
Two new purchasing queries have been created:
Now that agencies can re-open closed receipts using the new Receiving Workbench, SMART will be adding an auto close process for receipts to the nightly batch processing.
A Receiving Workbench has been added in SMART to provide agencies that use the receiving functionality with more control when managing receipts.
SMART will be updating to a new PeopleTools patch level on Monday night, December 16.
The issue preventing edits made to the 3rd distribution line of a PO from saving has been resolved.
In a continued effort to prevent processing delays in PO Hourly Batch, the SMART Team is requesting that users who wish to change the Dispatch Method on a specific PO please do so BEFORE approving the PO.
