The General Ledger module for the month of August 2023 (period 2, FY 2024) has closed and the September 2023 accounting period has opened for all modules.
A brief 5-10 minute disruption in access to the SHARP and SMART systems will occur sometime between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. today Thursday August 3, 2023. This disruption is required to address some remaining system connectivity issues being experienced by certain agencies. Please be sure to save any work by 12 p.m. and, if possible, log out of the systems during this window. Users can remain in the system but will get signed out when the disruption occurs, so save frequently if working during this time.
