The current Vendor Payment Self Service webpage will be decommissioned and no longer available for use starting March 1, 2020.

Last week, when announcing the new International Address Verification in SMART, the Override checkbox used when entering addresses was not functional.

Effective June 28, 2019 SMART users will see international address verification when entering Supplier Addresses.

As a reminder, AT and T will be accepting electronic payments from the State of Kansas beginning July 1, 2019.

Since changes were made to the new supplier entry process last week, users have been experiencing issues with the Location number and Description.

Effective Friday 1/18/2019, any new supplier created in SMART, either online or interfaced, will be checked against the bidder table and blocked from creation if the entity already exists as a bidder, based on the TIN.
