The INF01 (Outbound Supplier Interface File) from last night’s SMART batch is now available for download from the mainframe.

An issue was encountered last night during nightly batch when transferring the INF01, Outbound Supplier Interface File, from SMART to the mainframe. Agencies may see files on the mainframe with incorrect names.

We have been made aware that new interface files that should have loaded in SMART on Thursday, May 13, 2021 were not imported.

The issue with the INF01, Outbound Supplier Interface, file has been resolved.

An issue was encountered last night with the transfer to the mainframe for the INF01, Outbound Supplier Interface File, from SMART nightly batch.

Due to the Declaration of Inclement Weather for Shawnee County, the INF03 (SMART Outbound Payment Interface) file from the 01/17/2020 nightly batch did not contain reconciliation information for payments reconciled on Friday, 01/17/2020.

The INF03 (SMART Outbound Payment Interface) file from the 12/17/2019 nightly batch did not contain payment information for payments created and reconciled on Tuesday, 12/17/2019.

The interface processing issue from this morning has been resolved.

SMART is currently experiencing server issues with interface processing.
