Due to the Declaration of Inclement Weather for Shawnee County, the INF03 (SMART Outbound Payment Interface) file from the 01/17/2020 nightly batch did not contain reconciliation information for payments reconciled on Friday, 01/17/2020.
The INF03 files created in SMART nightly batch tonight will contain payments reconciled on 01/17/2020 and 01/21/2020, and payments created in today’s paycycles.
Please share this information with others in your agency who might not receive these messages from SMART, particularly those in your Information Technology area who could be responsible for processing these files.
