We have been made aware that new interface files that should have loaded in SMART on Thursday, May 13, 2021 were not imported.
We have reviewed the list of files, and the files not processed in SMART on Thursday night were processed in the SMART nightly batch on Friday, May 14, 2021.
This information can explain why agencies are seeing some of vouchers and payments delayed by one business day.
