Due to updates made to SMART Supplier records over the weekend, agencies are experiencing issues when attempting to access ACH/Banking information on vouchers today.
The SMART Team is working with technical staff to resolve the problem and make the banking information available again on the SMART Supplier records as soon as possible.
An update will be provided when we have more information.

SMART Updates related to SMART Supplier Records and Calendar Year 2025 1099 Reporting
The INF01, Outbound Vendor Interface, created in the Wednesday, October 22, 2025 SMART nightly batch was delayed due to issues with the file transfer from SMART to the mainframe. The INF01 has been placed on the mainframe as of 7:49 a.m. today, Thursday, October 22, 2025. The file name is DA.GBSMRT.AP01.D251022.T202848.OUT. Any other files that may be on the mainframe with additional characters in the file name should not be used.
Please share this information with agency technical staff. There may be instances where automated agency processes failed or otherwise did not run properly if they tried to run and the file could not be located. Otherwise, the agency could miss updates to supplier records in agency systems.
