As a reminder, in accordance with the Office of Procurement and Contracts – Informational Circular 24-01, an automated process will begin running in SMART hourly batch starting February 1, 2024 that will inactivate the Buyer and Requester records based on the individual having an inactive employment status in SHARP.

As an additional reminder, and in keeping with longstanding policies and procedures for similar SMART Security requests, there should be a separate Kansas Service Desk ticket for each Buyer when a Buyer Mass Change request is made
