Due to updates made to SMART Supplier records over the weekend, agencies are experiencing issues when attempting to access ACH/Banking information on vouchers today.

The SMART Team is working with technical staff to resolve the problem and make the banking information available again on the SMART Supplier records as soon as possible.

An update will be provided when we have more information.

SMART Updates related to SMART Supplier Records and Calendar Year 2025 1099 Reporting

Due to a supplier acquisition, Contract ID 43340A with CBT of Kansas (dba Century Business Technologies LLC) (SMART Supplier ID 0000742576) replaces Contract ID 43340 with Century Business Technologies (Supplier ID 0000055634). The Supplier ID and Contract ID were changed effective September 29, 2025. Agencies should be utilizing Contract ID...

The DA-6 Reissue Payment Request and DA-7 Payment Cancellation Request forms have been updated to allow for single or multiple (up to 15) requests per form. The corresponding job aids have also been updated, and the forms now include a link to the job aids on the SMART Web website.

SMART Checks have been printed from the Monday, July 21, 2025, paycycles.  These checks are now available for distribution to agencies according to the usual procedures.

The printing of SMART Checks from Monday, July 21, 2025 will not be completed on the normal schedule due to an equipment issue.  Agencies will be notified when these checks are available for distribution.

The checks for the Monday paycycles were included in the INF03, Outbound Payment Interfaces created in SMART nightly batch last night (Monday, July 21, 2025).
