Technical staff continue to work towards getting users into the system as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please be aware that daily batch processes are not currently running in SMART. Any inbound interface files placed on the mainframe will not process in SMART until the issues are resolved and user access has been restored.
eSupplier users are also not able to sign in on the Kansas eSupplier Public Portal. After SMART access has been addressed, eSupplier users will have their access restored.
Another announcement will be sent when the issues have been resolved.
