The credit card statement files from UMB were not uploaded into SMART on Monday August 14th, 2023 or Tuesday August 15th, 2023. The cause of the issue is still being determined. Monday and Tuesday’s files should be loaded in SMART today. Another announcement will be sent to confirm when the issue has been resolved and files are processing as normal.
