The KGL00002 – Cash Control Status Report and the KGL00005 – Trial Balance by Fund Report are currently being run in SMART nightly batch and distributed to the Report Manager for all users with the KGL_KS_GL_VIEWER role.
The SMART Team has found that many users have scheduled these reports using their own run controls. Therefore, we are planning to discontinue the system-generated versions that are not being used. Please log a ManageEngine Service Desk request by Thursday, October 15th if your agency would like to continue receiving the system-generated version of the KGL00002 report and/or the KGL00005 report.
