Chrome SHOULD NOT BE USED when creating a Staples punchout requisition.
Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer can still be used to create Staples punchout requisitions; however, there have been some issues pulling the order back into SMART from the Staples Advantage site.
The SMART Team is working to find a resolution to this issue and another message will be sent when it is resolved.
