The SMART Team is aware of an issue where the Staples Advantage punchout is losing connection after a zip code is provided.
This issue has been reported to technical staff and Staples, and the team is working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Agencies will be notified when full Staples punchout functionality has been restored. Until then, agencies can still place orders with Staples via phone to get State of Kansas contract pricing.
