SMART Voucher Approval

Effective Tuesday, September 10, 2024, SMART users that approve vouchers will see the following updates:

The payment method has been added to the main fluid approvals page for all voucher transactions.  This data is in the first column noted by the highlighted fields below.

The Remit Supplier ID, Remit Name and Address and Payment Method have been added to the Fluid Vouchers Approval Page.  Column 1 data is unchanged.  Column 2 data has been shifted to the left. Column 3 data is the new Remit Supplier ID, Remit Name and Remit Address.  Column 4 is the new Payment Method (this is the same data added to the main approvals page).

The AP Voucher Approval Job Aid will be updated to show these additional fields as time permits.
