Effective September 29th, 2020, the SMART user signon times have been extended to 7pm.
Below is a day-by-day schedule of when SMART will generally be available to users:

Daily batch jobs, including paycycle and the setoff process, will continue their current schedule. The last hourly batch cycle runs at 4pm.
Going forward, any interface files placed on the mainframe by 7pm would process that same night. Agency staff should consider how this change will impact their inbound interface transactions. Please make agency IT staff aware of this change.
As a reminder, Manage Engine Service Desk hours remain 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
