The SMART upgrade has been completed and users should anticipate accessing the system beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday April 2nd.
Please be aware of the following information related to the new GL Journal Upload Spreadsheet:
- To use the spreadsheet, as delivered, users must select ‘Write to File’ and choose the ‘Journal Import with Edit’ from the Process Scheduler Request page.
- Users wanting to use the ‘Import Now’ push feature will need to make some changes to the spreadsheet settings. Please open a ManageEngine Service Desk request and the SMART Team will provide instruction for how to accomplish this.
