The new systemwide features, Smart Prompt and Smart Drop-Down, which were delivered as part of the PeopleTools 8.62.09 upgrade, have been disabled systemwide.
Users have reported several instances of pages freezing when navigating where these features are used. If Oracle delivers updates to address these concerns, the Prompt and Drop-Down will be reevaluated to determine if there is benefit in making these features available to users again.
