SMART Checks
SMART Checks from the Thursday, April 7, 2022 paycycle have been completed in SMART, and the data sent to the Office of Printing and Mailing. Since it is so late in the business day, these checks will be printed tonight and distributed Monday with the checks from today’s (Friday) paycycles according to the usual procedures.
These payments will be included on the INF03, Outbound Payment Interface, created during tonight’s batch, Friday, April 8, 2022.
SMART ACH Payments
SMART ACH paycycles have completed, and the resulting payments for Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense have been sent to the bank. We expect these payments to settle in supplier/employee bank accounts as expected on Monday, April 11, 2022.
These payments will be included on the INF03, Outbound Payment Interface, created during tonight’s batch, Friday, April 8, 2022.
Interfund Paycycle
The interfund paycycle process will run in the SMART nightly batch tonight, Friday, April 8, 2022. The intent is to process all eligible transactions, including those that were not paid last night on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
All SMART transactions associated with these interfunds will appear on their respective reports and interface files created in the Friday, April 8, 2022 SMART nightly batch.
