SMART Fiscal Year End Skype Presentation

The SMART Team, within the Office of Chief Financial Officer, will be hosting an on-line Skype presentation for all state agencies to review information regarding the closing of fiscal year 2019 and the opening of fiscal year 2020. Agency staff are encouraged to dial-in as a group from an agency conference room in order to ensure all interested parties are able to participate in the conference. 

Date:  Tuesday, May 14^th
Time:  9:00 am – 10:00 am

A PowerPoint slide deck will be available on the SMARTWeb home page (https://www.smartweb.ks.gov/) by the end of the day on May 13^th.

Instructions to attend the presentation on Tuesday, May 14^th:

1. Click on the [Join Skype Meeting link] to view the presentation. When prompted please click on the “Don’t join audio” radio button.
2. Dial in to the conference line for the audio of the presentation: 
   Dial In #: 1.866.620.7326     Conf #: 5874132496
   Please be sure to mute your phone line so background noise can be eliminated.

Instructions to attend the presentation if you do not have Skype:

1. View or print the PowerPoint slide deck to follow along during the presentation. 
2. Dial in via phone to the conference line for the audio portion:

   Please be sure to mute your phone line so background noise can be eliminated.
    

To submit questions during the presentation:

During the presentation, questions for the presenters may be e-mailed to:  Sarah.Tongier@ks.gov using the subject line “SMART Presentation”. Questions will be reviewed and answered if possible during the Skype presentation. For all questions not answered during the presentation, or received following the presentation, responses will be sent later to the inquirer. The question and answer will also be sent to the broader group if applicable.
