If your agency has transitioned to OneDrive and SharePoint for file storage, users of the SMART Spreadsheet Upload Processes may need to review where the spreadsheets and DEST files are stored during the upload process.
This affects the following SMART upload processes:
For these processes to upload successfully, the spreadsheet must be stored on the user’s local computer drive (usually the C drive) or on OneDrive during the actual upload. The DEST file must also be saved in the same location. The processes will not complete successfully when the spreadsheet is stored in SharePoint when the upload is attempted.
