A recent issue was discovered with the online Chartfield Request form in SMART.
Users submitting a request to update or inactivate an existing chartfield have received a pop-up message regarding the removal of attributes and mappings.
In order to prevent the removal of any attributes, which are critical to reporting, the options when submitting an online Chartfield Request form will be restricted to new chartfield requests only. This change will take effect Monday February 10, 2020 and will remain in effect until Oracle provides a solution.
Any user requesting an update to or inactivation of an existing chartfield will need to download the appropriate Excel chartfield request form from the Department of Administration website Document Center and submit the completed form via a ManageEngine Service Desk request.
