Setting up ‘Forgot Password’ Q&A

If a user logs in and can only see this 1 tile on the SMART Homepage when they login, they most likely need to add a Question & Answer for the ‘Forgot Password’ functionality.

This step must be completed before any other tiles will become visible.

  1. Click on the ‘My System Profile’ tile:
  2. Click on the ‘Change or set up forgotten password help’ link:
  3. Select a Question and provide a Response. Click OK.
  4. Click the ‘Home’ icon to return to the SMART Homepage. The full set of tiles should display now. 

If users do not see the full set of tiles, please log a ManageEngine Service Desk ticket to report the issue.
