If a user logs in and can only see this 1 tile on the SMART Homepage when they login, they most likely need to add a Question & Answer for the ‘Forgot Password’ functionality.
This step must be completed before any other tiles will become visible.
- Click on the ‘My System Profile’ tile:
- Click on the ‘Change or set up forgotten password help’ link:
- Select a Question and provide a Response. Click OK.
- Click the ‘Home’ icon to return to the SMART Homepage. The full set of tiles should display now.
If users do not see the full set of tiles, please log a ManageEngine Service Desk ticket to report the issue.
