The SHARP, Employee Self Service and SMART connectivity issues reported to-date have been resolved.
Please report any new connectivity issues via a Kansas Service Desk ticket. Please ensure the ticket uses the Subject "Issue Connecting to SHARP or SMART” and provide contact information (name, phone and email) for the appropriate IT staff at your agency. Please use a Category of “Technical” and a Sub Category of “Other”. Agency HR/payroll staff may need to work through the agency’s fiscal staff to have a ticket opened.
