In a continued effort to prevent processing delays in PO Hourly Batch, the SMART Team is requesting that users who wish to change the Dispatch Method on a specific PO please do so BEFORE approving the PO.
When the Dispatch Method field is changed AFTER the PO has been approved, it can cause the process to fail. This requires manual intervention by the SMART Technical Team to correct, which delays normal processing.
