The overnight INF22 Project Upload which failed to process last night, Tuesday October 4, 2022, has been corrected. The data has now been successfully uploaded to SMART.
SMART Project Costing users,
Please be aware that the INF22 Project Upload interface process failed last night. A fix has been identified and is currently being applied. Any data changes sent yesterday, Tuesday October 4, 2022, in the INF22 did not load into SMART. If there are questions or concerns, please submit a Kansas Service Desk ticket.
An announcement will be sent once the issue is resolved.
Due to the archival of Purchase Order data, an issue has been identified with one of the Project Costing processes.
Agencies with projects eligible for closure in the SMART Project Costing module were contacted by SMART Team staff with the request to close completed projects so the Project Compression process could be re-executed.
Project Compression initially occurred as a part of the annual SMART archive in August 2020.
The technical issues created by the process that brings PO adjustments into the Project Costing module have been resolved and the process will resume in tonight’s batch.
