New Payment Method Query Available in SMART

The SMART Team has developed a new query to assist agencies with analysis of their payment method statistics for a fiscal year. The query is now available in SMART and has been added to the Reporting Catalog.

Query Name: KS_AP_PAY_METHOD_CNTS_FOR_FY
The intention was for this query to be ran for a full fiscal year date range. A shorter date range can be entered, but the result will only show the fiscal year. See the example below:

Date Range 7/1/2025 – 7/31/2025

query results for 7/1/25-7/31/25
Date Range 7/1/2025 – 10/31/2025
query results for 7/1/25-10/31/25

Please use this query to assist with transitioning high-dollar, high-risk and high-volume payments to the ACH payment method.
