With the inclement weather declaration by Governor Kelly, and the closing of state offices in Shawnee County, here is what agencies need to know regarding SMART processing impacts for Thursday December 22nd and Friday December 23rd:
- SMART daily and nightly batch jobs will continue to run on the normal schedule
- Paycycle will be run daily
- Central journal approvals will be completed each day
- Transfers will be completed each day
Kansas Service Desk staff will not be working on Thursday or Friday and Service Desk tickets will not be monitored during this time. Technical support will also be limited to critical system functionality.
Also, the State Printer will not be printing SMART checks on Thursday or Friday. The next printing will occur Monday night and checks will be available for pick-up or mailing on Tuesday December 27th.
