As a reminder to agencies, only essential transactions should be processed in SMART while state offices are closed in response to COVID-19.
Only a few key SMART Team staff are working during this time, and any transactions or ManageEngine tickets requiring assistance are utilizing limited resources. Non-essential business being submitted could interfere with the teams’ ability to address critical issues.
Any transactions and tickets that are NOT for essential functions should be held and submitted on or after April 6, based on direction from the Governor.
