Entering SMART Suppliers

Users are reporting problems when entering SMART suppliers, particularly when entering data on, or navigating from, the ‘Address’ tab.

The system appears to accept the data, but then ‘spins’ for several minutes, eventually kicking the user out of the system. 

This has been reported to the technical team, and they are working to identify the underlying cause.


Another update will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
