Two agencies have reported that as of Friday, August 1, 2025 they are receiving email order confirmations from two punchout suppliers, Staples and Grainger, duplicating older Purchase Orders. One agency received a duplicate shipment.
If your agency receives duplicate order confirmation emails from a supplier, please contact the supplier to ensure multiple orders are not delivered.
The SMART Team is investigating the source of the errors and will notify users once the issue is resolved.
