Legislative Post Audit (LPA) has requested that agencies be notified that LPA will be sending a Data Collection Instrument (DCI) document to gather agency SMART Finance data for an audit related to payments made directly or indirectly to lobbyists, associations, and/or membership organizations. Detailed instructions will be included in the document. The document will be sent to agencies from LPA by close of business on Monday 3/16/20.
