CONUS rates were updated Friday, September 30, 2022 and have an effective date of October 1, 2022.
Please note: The Meals & Incidentals (M&IE) rates in Kansas remain unchanged. However, the Lodging rates have increased by $2 in Kansas.
The query, KS_EX_CONUS_RATES, contains all CONUS locations along with the M&IE daily amounts, per diem deductions, and lodging rates based on the travel date entered. The query contains current and historical CONUS rates as of January 1, 2016.
CONUS rates in SMART are updated twice per calendar year on April 1 and October 1, and those rates are to be used in expense transactions.
