CONUS rates were updated Wednesday, September 30, 2020 and have an effective date of October 1, 2020.
The query, KS_EX_CONUS_RATES, contains all CONUS locations along with the MIE daily amounts, per diem deductions, and lodging rates based on the travel date entered. The query contains current and historical CONUS rates as of January 1, 2016.
CONUS rates in SMART are updated twice per calendar year on April 1 and October 1, and those rates are to be used in expense transactions.
