CONUS rates were reviewed and as of 1PM central time on June 30th, 2026. No new information that effected State of Kansas employees had been provided by the Federal Department of Defense. Therefore, no new rate information was uploaded for effective date July 1, 2026.
CONUS rates in SMART are updated October 1 to coincide with the adoption of new rates by the federal government. Quarterly loads will also be done January 1, April 1, and July 1 to account for corrections or updates to the CONUS and applicable OCONUS rates.
