Changes for Asset Reporting

On June 30, 2025, the Office of Accounts and Reports issued an informational circular that changed the capitalization thresholds for assets with an in-service date of July 1, 2025, or later.  The changes were also updated on the corresponding policy manual filing.  Please review these changes that affect the asset entries required in SMART using the links below:
