The AP hourly batch, which includes Travel and Expense, is currently running long. The system continues to process the 9 AM instance. A new hourly batch instance cannot start until this one fully completes.
We are in contact with our hosting partner to resolve the issue and we will notify agencies when AP hourly batch has resumed normal processing.
