An updated version of the new Agency Fraud Reporting Checklist has been added to both the SHARP and SMART systems. The checklist now contains additional clarifying language, and a Time component has been added to the Date column in each set of steps. As a reminder, the checklist can be accessed using the fraud reporting tile located on the main SHARP and SMART homepages.
