Update: PO Close Short Workbench Job Aid

The PO Close Short Workbench job aid has been updated to include closing any Purchase Order processed with the PO Close Short Workbench immediately after use.

This workbench simplifies preparing POs to be closed when the entire dollar amount is not used and spend needs to be returned to an associated Supplier Contract, by creating the Change Order and automatically reducing the dollar amount or quantity down to the matched amounts on selected lines.

This functionality removes the need to manually adjust purchase orders to matched amounts.

Job Aid Using PO Close Short Workbench has replaced “Closing a Contract PO Not Used in Full”.
