As a reminder to agencies, SMART will be unavailable to users during the following windows due to fiscal year-end close and the upcoming system upgrade:
Central Fiscal Year-End Processing
7 p.m. Tuesday June 25 – 6 a.m. Monday July 1
6 a.m. – 10 a.m. Friday July 5
SMART Upgrade
7 p.m. Thursday August 8 – 6 a.m. Monday August 12
Please also note that Wednesday June 19th is a state holiday. SMART will be open to users, but batch jobs will not be running during the daytime or overnight, and central staff will not be available to assist users who may be working that day.
