SMART Paycycles from May 22, 2024 (including Interfund Paycycle)

There was an issue with the paycycles run on Wednesday May 23, 2024. The impacts to agencies are as follows:

SMART Checks

SMART Checks from the Wednesday, May 23, 2024 paycycle are delayed.  We will notify users when checks are available for distribution to agencies.

SMART ACH Payments

We are working to complete the ACH paycycles scheduled for yesterday afternoon.  We expect these payments to settle in supplier bank accounts as expected on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Interfund Paycycle

The interfund paycycle process, which runs in the SMART nightly batch, was not run on Wednesday, May 23, 2024.  This means that no interfund vouchers were marked as paid last night.  All interfunds eligible for payment will be processed in the next scheduled interfund paycycle in the Thursday, May 23, 2024 SMART nightly batch.  All SMART transactions associated with these interfunds will appear on their respective reports and interface files created in the Thursday, May 23, 2024 SMART nightly batch.
