SMART server cache was cleared prior to SMART nightly batch on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
When SMART users log into SMART on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 performance in the system will initially be slow while server cache is being rebuilt as pages load and reports are run. Performance should improve throughout the day.
