Reminder: SMART Moving to Amazon Web Services

SMART will be moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS) this week. The system will be unavailable to users from 7 p.m. Thursday July 27th until 6 a.m. Tuesday August 1st.
As a reminder, the following 3 SMART spreadsheet uploads require an updated version to work after the AWS transition:
- INF43 – Deposit Spreadsheet Upload
- INF50 – Voucher Spreadsheet Upload
- GL Journal Spreadsheet Upload
Any agency using one of these spreadsheet uploads must request the new template to be able to successfully load transactions beginning August 1st. Please open a Kansas Service Desk ticket this week to request the new template. It will be provided to you on Monday July 31st. Tickets should include the following:
Category: choose either Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or General Ledger based on the spreadsheet being requested
Sub Category: choose ‘INF43 File request’ for AR, ‘INF50 File request’ for AP or ‘Other’ for GL
Title: enter ‘Spreadsheet Template Request’
As a reminder, the spreadsheet must be stored in a location that is not synced to the user’s OneDrive in order to work successfully.
