Purchase Order Close Short Workbench - CLARIFICATION

THIS PROCESS WILL NOT CLOSE THE PO.  It prepares the PO for closure when the month end PORECON process runs.

This new workbench simplifies preparing POs to be closed SMART is now available for use by all agencies called the Purchase Order (PO) Close Short Workbench. when the entire dollar amount is not used by creating the Change Order and automatically reducing the dollar amount or quantity down to the vouchered amounts on selected lines. 

If a contract is associated, the process will return the funds back to the contract in addition to releasing the encumbered agency funds. 

This functionality removes the need to manually adjust purchase orders to the vouchered amounts.
