As announced earlier this week, UMB has resumed sending PCard transaction data to SMART. However, some agencies have noticed missing transactions during reconciliation. The SMART Team and the Office of Procurement and Contracts are in contact with UMB to get this issue resolved.
In an effort to gather as much information as possible, please forward any identified missing transaction information in an email to Tim Hund (tim.hund@ks.gov) and Todd Herman (todd.herman@ks.gov).
Please include:
- Transaction date
- Name of the card holder
- Last four digits of the card number
- Merchant
- Dollar amounts
