Organizational Changes in the Office of Accounts & Reports

This communication is to announce some recent changes to the organizational structure in the Office of Accounts and Reports.

Effective July 6, 2025, the Assistant Deputy Director over the Payroll Processing and Payroll Systems Teams is Heather DeBusk. The Assistant Deputy Director over the SMART Processing, SMART Systems and Central Responsibilities Teams is Sarah Tongier. Sunni Zentner remains the Deputy Director over all teams under Statewide Payroll and Accounting.
