Inclement Weather Impacts to SMART Processing

With the inclement weather declaration by Governor Kelly, and the closing of state offices in Shawnee County, here is what agencies need to know regarding SMART processing impacts for Monday January 8^th and Tuesday January 9^th:

• SMART daily and nightly batch jobs will continue to run on the normal schedule
• Paycycle will be run daily
• Central journal approvals will be completed each day
• Transfers will be completed each day

Kansas Service Desk staff will be working on Tuesday and Service Desk tickets will be monitored during this time. Technical system support will also be provided, as usual.

Also, the State Printer will not be printing SMART checks on Monday or Tuesday. The next printing will occur Wednesday morning and checks will be available for pick-up or mailing on Wednesday January 10^th.
