Final FY2026 Processes

The month of June 2026 (Period 12, FY 2026) will be closed for AR, BI and PC at 7:00 PM tonight, 7/2/2026.
The General Ledger Close process, which creates fiscal year-end closing and opening journal entries (Journal IDs YECxxxxxxx), will be performed on Monday July 6, 2026. SMART will be closed to agency users on Monday morning, July 6, 2026. SMART will reopen to agency users once this process is complete by 10:00 am.
GL Cash Balances for FY 2026 will not include the ending cash balance from FY 2026 until the closing process is complete. Keep this in mind when reviewing cash balances online or running the GL Cash Balance Report.
