The SMART InfoBlast dated 1/26/2023 contained an error regarding the section of the DA-130 that must be certified.
During the OAR Statewide Fiscal/Payroll Meeting that occurred on December 13, 2022, agencies were advised that email certifications of the DA-130 were no longer going to be accepted.
The Supplier Team will be returning all DA-130 documents back to agencies that have not completed a phone call certification. Part V: Agency Certification, must be filled out with the name of the person contacted and their phone number to be accepted.
